Modernization:

• Replacement of the mechanical curve grinding device. The curve grinding device is replaced by a CNC controlled adjustment. Consisting of servo motor, ball screw and adjustment wedge, the movement is transferred to the tilting support. A Sinumerik 840D CNC control with additional software – grinding – controls the adjustment. Menus stored in the control system allow easy parameterization of the various curve shapes.
