The company, H.G. Ridder Automatisierungs-GmbH, was founded in 1980 in Hamm/Westphalia by Mr Heinrich Georg Ridder. We have now been serving our national and international customers with more than 50 employees for 25 years. Our range of services today has developed from mechanical manufacturing and electric controller technology.

This ranges from high pressure water jet technology to machine overhaul and special machine construction. As a customer, you receive everything from one source, from the design to commissioning and service, due to our very deep manufacturing. This concept has proven itself well over all the years for our customers.

  • 1st overhaul of a CNC controlled machine tool
  • 1st overhaul of large lathe for the Waldrich company
1984
  • New production premises with 800 square metres
  • 1st overhaul of vertical lathe 8,000 mm in South Africa
1989
  • New production premises with 4,000 square metres
1990
  • 1st WARICUT high pressure water jet cutting system for the Uhde company in Hagen
1997
  • 1st 3D water jet cutting system for the Daimler-Benz company in Sindelfingen
2000
  • Presentation of the first 2 x 3D water jet cutting system at Euroblech in Hannover
  • 1st overhaul of three roll grinding machines for Baosteel/Shanghai
2005
  • Official launch of the new 6,000 bar cutting technology at the Blechexpo in Sinsheim
  • 1st robot system with 10 clean water nozzles for surface cleaning of turbine parts
  • 1st clean water cutting system with 15 cutting heads
2006
  • 1st WARICUT cutting system with 12 abrasive cutting head
